A Madison CT 4-Day Christmas Weekend!

There are lots of goings-on in Madison CT this weekend to start the Christmas celebrations, beginning Thursday, December 2nd and going strong through Sunday evening, December 5th, with something for everyone of all ages.


Tonight, Thursday, December 2nd -
It's Ladies' Night Out. "Sip - Shop - Save" in downtown Madison, 5-8pm. Begin at Cafe Allegre between 5 and 6 pm to register for this fabulous evening full of holiday cheer, secret sales, and chances to win over $400 worth of Madison Merchant Gifts. Treat yourself to a glass of wine at half price and pick up your official Ladies' Night button, wish list and details of all the evening's offerings.


Twenty-one Madison shops are offering specials and sales just for tonight. The Scranton Seahorse Inn and the Tidewater Inn are offering specials on Gift Certificates purchased tonight either in person or by phone or email. How can you miss?!

Four Days - Thursday, December 2nd, 7-10pm; Friday and Saturday, December 3rd and 4th, 12-6pm; and Sunday, December 5th, 12-4pm.
The historic Deacon John Grave House "Holiday Faire Extraordinaire" brings boutique shopping from around the state to Madison for this 4-day event. Saturday, December 4th
Holiday Craft Fair, 9am-5pm - Madison CT Arts Barn, 8 Campus Drive
Holiday Parade & Town Tree Lighting and Carol Sing - Madison Center
Parade begins at 2pm. Children can visit with Santa and Mrs. Clause at the Cafe Allegre porch from 2:15-4pm.
Tree lighting and Carol Sing at the Town Green 4:30pm
Then follow the luminaria across the green to the First Congregational Church for the ABC Concert at 5pm


Sunday, December 5th
It's Christmas "Inn" Madison - 2 to 5pm. Christmas open house and tour of Madison's historic inns. See the splendor of the shoreline in this holiday season as you tour the Grandfield, the Scranton Seahorse Inn and the Tidewater Inn. Meet the innkeepers as they share the special history of each home. Enjoy hot cider and the sounds of the season as you ride between the downtown inns in a horse-drawn wagon. Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for children under 12. Proceeds benefit the Madison Exchange Club's Habitat for Humanity Build.
